The hotel was in a good and excellent location just off the mall and the Gautrain station and shops for what we wanted it for. Our room was decent size and top-notch, included air conditioning, a kettle, and an individual safe. We got a bath too.

What an incredibly friendly staff, they gave us a beautifully maintained room with WiFi, such a beautiful view, fridges. The hotel's position was perfect, to Mall of Africa.

The area is great, but the experience was a mixed bag. While some staff were friendly, the dining options were overly spicy, which didn't sit well. Our room had maintenance issues, but the restaurant vibe was nice. Could use some updates to match its four-star status.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with shower and a fridge, as for instance, which was important. The cost was US$ 1840. The location was marvellous and beautiful - really close to the mall and shopping centers, the business district in Midrand, and a great shopping center which was very cool. It also was close to Gallagher conference centre.

Hotel was absolutely great and beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the stay.
The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The hotel's location was great and beautiful close to Gallagher conference centre. Moreover, it was just off the mall, the Gallagher exhibition center, and restaurants and shops.

The room was impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed with the bed—it offered unparalleled comfort, making each night’s sleep blissful. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, adding convenience to my experience.
The only minor drawback was the limited selection of snacks available in the mini-fridge, which could benefit from more variety. this slight issue didn’t detract from my overall enjoyable stay.
